How to read Wheebuy QC photos before you approve
QC photos are the best tool a beginner has and the most under-used. Here’s a category-by-category checklist and the red flags that mean ‘don’t approve yet’.

QC photos are a quick inspection at the warehouse before your item ships — not a warranty. Read them well and you avoid shipping something that’s already wrong. Here’s how.
Check these in every QC photo
- Colour matches the listing and your order note
- The size on the tag is the size you ordered
- Stitching is even — no loose threads or glue marks
- Prints and logos are aligned and not blurry
- No obvious defects, scuffs or damage
Category focus
- Shoes: soles, glue lines, the box and the size stamp
- Clothing: flat-lay measurements vs the size chart, and print placement
- Bags: hardware, zips, lining and symmetry
Red flags — don’t approve yet
Wrong colour or size, a visible defect, or an item that doesn’t match your note. If a listing supports extra or additional QC and it matters for your item, request it before you approve.
What QC photos can’t promise
They can’t guarantee authenticity, long-term durability, or exact fit. Always compare measurements — not just the label size — and treat QC as a first inspection, not a final verdict.
You’ll catch the fixable problems while they’re still fixable — before the parcel ships and before you pay for international delivery.
