Notes before you buy: a pre-order checklist

Five minutes of checks before you paste a link prevents the most common first-order regrets — sizing, seller, stock, restrictions and the real total cost.

The cheapest fix for a bad order is the one you make before paying. Run this quick checklist every time and your first orders will go far more smoothly.

1. Check sizing in centimetres

Open the listing’s size chart and compare the measurements — not the label size — against an item you own. Clothing and shoes from different sellers vary a lot.

2. Check the seller and listing

Skim the photos and reviews where available, and note anything unusual. On Weidian especially, seller reputation varies, so a quick look pays off.

3. Confirm stock and variant in Wheebuy

Set the exact colour, size and quantity in the order and add a note if you need a specific variant. This is the moment a mistake is cheapest to fix.

4. Check restrictions and your country

  • Is the item shippable on a line that serves your country?
  • Could it trigger customs or be restricted where you live?

5. Estimate the real total

Add product cost + service fee + international shipping + any likely tax. See how the fees stack up so the shipping quote later isn’t a shock.

Stock, price and shipping options are confirmed inside Wheebuy, not on the spreadsheet — always verify them on the official site before you pay.

Common questions

No. A spreadsheet is a discovery snapshot; stock and price live on the seller’s side and are only confirmed when you order through Wheebuy.

For specific variants, custom requests or unclear listings, asking (via the agent) before ordering can save a failed purchase.

Use the size chart in centimetres and compare it against a garment you already own — never trust the label size alone.
