Your first Wheebuy order: from a spreadsheet find to your door

Browse by category or search on W2CSpreadsheet, open the item you want, and copy its product link. Nothing is charged here — you’re only collecting a link.

2. Confirm you’re on the official Wheebuy site

Open wheebuy.com and create an account. Several similar names exist, so check the domain before you log in — see spotting the real Wheebuy.

3. Paste the link and set your options

Drop the link into Wheebuy, then set size, colour, quantity and any note for the buyer. Double-check the variant now — this is the moment a mistake is cheapest to fix.

4. Pay the item cost — not shipping yet

Your first payment covers buying the product. International shipping is a separate payment later, once the parcel is packed and weighed. Budget for both from the start so the shipping quote isn’t a surprise.

5. Wait for warehouse arrival, then review QC photos

6. Consolidate, choose a line, and track

Storing items lets you combine several into one parcel, which usually lowers shipping. Pick a line based on speed, weight/volume and your country’s rules, pay the shipping, and follow the tracking to your door. Keep your order records in case you need support later.
